Lead Carpenter

The ideal candidate meets the following criteria:

Red Seal Designation: Must possess a Red Seal designation in carpentry.
Experience: A minimum of five years of experience in carpentry, specifically in residential renovation and remodeling.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Experience in training and mentoring junior carpenters or workers.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in various carpentry techniques and tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and architectural drawings. Ability to read and interpret the Building Code.
Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities for dealing with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills to address construction challenges and client concerns swiftly and effectively.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of all work.
Continuous Education: Familiarity with the latest construction tools, practices, and safety protocols.
Drivers License: Full G class drivers license with a minimum 3 year clean record
